Leader, program designer, mobilizer and evaluator specializing in bringing community-driven projects to life.

Professional History

A national leader in evidence-based social and behavioural change, Jill brings deep insight to Argyle’s clients, ensuring our strategies are both evidence-based and cutting-edge. She is always seeking innovative ideas and trends in social change and social marketing.

As a former member of the engagement team at United Way of Winnipeg and instructor at the University of Manitoba, Jill applies her understanding of a trauma-informed approach to create safe places for people to share their challenges and experiences openly. She brings this lens to community support, curriculum development and project management. Jill has extensive experience working with diverse populations including Indigenous communities from coast to coast to coast.
