Weiwei Su

Vice President, Strategy & Integrated Planning

A strategist who knows you and your team has the answers and will help you find it together.

Professional History

All complex problems boil down to human relationships.

Whether you’re trying to disrupt the system, recover from a crisis or change the conversation, success starts with navigating relationships between people.

That’s why Weiwei takes a relational view to strategy and communications consulting – no matter the sector, size or state of the organization.

Her approach is rooted in how she can help the team to:

  • align on the most important business need?
  • see the challenge or opportunity with new acceptance and ambition?
  • be more curious about the needs of their audiences and what truly matters to them?
  • solve the problem by tapping into their inherent wisdom and collective creativity?

Weiwei is a dedicated student of systems thinking, service design, organizational development and the psychology of group dynamics and relationships.

Beginning her career in TV and radio over 15 years ago, Weiwei has worked for non-profits such as the World Wildlife Fund and Engineers Without Borders. Prior to joining Argyle, Weiwei was a Strategic Planner at Edelman.
